Denis reports that all of the horses are doing well during the lockdown status, happy in maintaining good fitness levels and, for all including the two year olds and other unraced horses, awaiting the green light for resumption of track action whenever that is deemed possible. To preserve the passion for competitive action while the lockdown status is on, a series of races have been scheduled using Escalado horses - and this started with an auction of 29 horses a week ago. As you will see, some of these sported famous silks from the yard......Lot 29 proving the most expensive purchase by Mrs Barbara Coakley and later named Behindcloseddoors !
