Ultra consistent Sonnetina knocking on the door
Sonnetina ran another fine race yesterday at Wolverhampton over the mile, one and a half furlongs of the tapeta track. She was a little too free in her running in the early stages, and jockey Mark Crehan was not able to get her much cover, so this meant she had to set the pace and was then vulnerable in the closing stages to the well supported favourite, who took the spoils inside the last half furlong. Sonnetina kept on well to hold on to second place at the line, and in her current vein of form she will surely be winning very soon..
