Two runners not able to add to their victory tallies
Over the weekend two runners from the yard were at the head of the markets but were not able to convert into wins, as the stable bids to pass its record season total. At Lingfield Bobby Kennedy missed the break significantly and didn't like the downhill leg of the track from the half mile. Jockey Cieren Fallon felt that behind a relatively quick pace Bobby never quite got balanced or into rhythm in his run, so he was not hard on him in this race and he will next revert to turf - after there has been some rain to soften the ground once again. Yesterday at Bath Lisdarragh ran yet another very good race, and was a little unlucky that he hit the front possibly a little too soon and finally was outstayed by just one rival to finish a very close second once more. Hopefully there will be another race for him quite soon.
