Eagles Dare places seventh on Epsom Downs
By the time of the last race at Epsom yesterday evening several heavy showers of rain had left the going very much against Eagles Dare, who goes very much better on top of the ground. Hollie Doyle felt that he never travelled in the visor and that he didn't like the track configuration either, so that by the home straight he struggled to gain ground and he weakened in the last two furlongs to be over twenty lengths back by the line.
